Seth is a licensed architect with a broad range of experience. He currently holds Architectural licenses in the states of Washington, Alaska, and California. He graduated from Tulane University with a Masters of Architecture degree in 2002, beginning practice in the New Orleans residential sector before relocating to Seattle in 2003.

Over the course of his practice, Seth has worked extensively with high-end custom residential projects: including projects in New Orleans, Hawaii, Malibu, and a slew of work with Ralph Anderson successor firm Anderson/Collier Architects in Seattle; commercial projects including veterinary clinics, medical clinics, offices, hospitality, and senior housing projects. Seth has also been the prototype architect for the Residence Inn brand since 2012. His primary role with Johnson Braund is as a project manager and project architect, focusing on new-build hotel and multifamily residential projects.
