Project Architect

Location: greater nashville area

Job Description

We are at an exciting time for our firm and our East Coast expansion. We are celebrating our first year of operations is Nashville and are looking to continue our growth, including a larger office and expanding our team. We need more talented architectural designers who are looking for a firm that provides opportunity for growth and rewards team members.

Responsibilities

• Prepare design and construction drawings with guidance and support from the project manager

• Rendering and preparing presentation drawings

• Coordinating with the design team

• Coordinating with the owner and city departments

Qualifications

• Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in architecture

• Ability to self-manage and work both independently and collaboratively

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Strong understanding of 3-D visualization and analytical thinking required

• Revit experience strongly desired, minimum experience in another CAD software

• Additional areas of experience preferred such as construction, ADA codes, and city codes
