jeff williams,

AIA, NCARB, LEED AP

For over 20 years, Jeff has directed Johnson Braund’s largest and most challenging projects, including several urban high-rise hotels across the west coast.  He brings a calm, thoughtful approach to dealing with the complex coordination required to synthesize multiple, and often conflicting, desires and requirements. He leads all project phases, from conceptual design through construction administration.

Jeff is a firm believer that successful projects are the result of good design, a depth of experience, listening, being proactive, and simultaneously mixing “big picture” thinking with individual attention to every detail.

Jeff has a B.A. from the University of Washington, and an M. Arch from the University of Michigan, where he was awarded the AIA School Medal.  He holds NCARB and LEED AP certifications, and is registered in Washington, Alaska, Hawaii, and 41 other states.  In 2016 he stepped into the role of President.

When he’s not at work, Jeff often wishes he were vacationing in Florence with his wife and son.  But he’s probably not, so you can give him a call.

Fun Facts:  Jeff and his wife grew up in Hawaii, but moved to Seattle because they like the weather better (no, really).  Jeff once shook hands with the Pope, but doubts he remembers it, so don’t ask him about it (the Pope, not Jeff).
