PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

This exciting, mixed-use, high-rise building is located on a prime downtown Sacramento intersection, directly across from the California State Capital mall.  Three floors of private residences sit atop 12 floors of the Residence Inn by Marriott extended-stay hotel.  This elegant and sophisticated building includes 238 guest suites and 30 condominium units contained in a 15-level post tension concrete structure.  Parking for hotel guests and residents is provided in an adjacent, 5-story parking garage.  The building exterior consists of precast concrete panels in soft tan/sand color range highlighted with an elegant 15-story curved glass corner facing the Capital Park.  Public space and amenities include a grand hotel lobby and lounge area, hearthroom and eating space, conference and meeting room facilities, fitness room, outdoor swimming pool and spa, private residential entrance and for-lease retail space at street level.  This project's unique location on the corner of 15th and L Streets offer the hotel guests and private residents unparalleled views of the State Capital building and grounds.
