Panorama Apartments provide 191 affordable rental housing units for families located in Snoqualmie, WA. The 13.6-acre site provided several challenges with both steep slopes and wetlands. Carefully site planning was required to accommodate these challenges while maximizing the project density. 1-, 2- 3- & 4-bedroom units are configured in 16-, 24- & 32-plex building configurations. 5-bedroom units are provided in carriage houses above garage parking. Surface parking is provided for 316 vehicles.

Site amenities include a recreation building, indoor basketball court, fitness center and outdoor pool & spa and children’s play areas.

Sustainable practices included Evergreen Sustainable Development Standards (ESDS).
