PROJECT DESCRIPTION:

The single-story Federal Way Banner Bank is a great example of the modern era of banking. Located in the south side of the city and along Pacific Highway South, the main entrance and parking lot is located to rear of the building with a convenient second entrance for customers on along the street. The 3-lane drive through is detached and located next to the parking lot. Connection between teller and customer works by way of an underground pneumatic tube system combined with a new-to-market audio and video chat system. Inside, the branch has both a retail bank and a full-service loan center. The building interiors are warm and inviting, providing staff and bank customers with a comfortable work and business atmosphere. The building facade consists of a softly contrasting two-color brick combination, flanked by metal panel accents, a standing-seam metal roof and custom wood brackets.
