Badger Mountain South is the Tri-Cities newest master planned community of homes, schools, businesses, retail, and parks. Located on 1,500 acres in desirable South Richland, it is designed to become the place to live, work and play with over 5,000 new homes planned, a future major retail center, four sites for neighborhood schools and over 400 acres of parks, trails and green spaces.

What makes Badger Mountain South different is that is is designed to become a truly walkable community, with sidewalks in front of every house and a trail system that can get you from one end of the community to the other. The trail system includes dedicated, separate trails for all activities including walking, running, bicycling, and horseback riding trails - with lots of places in between including neighborhood retail spaces, schools, large and small parks and even dedicated dog parks.
